Cancellation Policy

Late Clients: If you arrive 10 minutes past the start of your appointment, I may not be able to provide your service and will need to reschedule or reduce the appointment time/service type to accommodate the time we have left. If your late arrival prevents us from performing the full service in the time allotted for your appointment, I reserve the right to charge you in full for the service, reschedule you with a late arrival fee of $25, or charge you a no show fee, which is payment in full for the time we reserved as I would be unable to fill that spot. Cancellations: Please read the cancellation policy carefully. By booking, you are accepting these terms. 
Jessica Ford requires 48 hours when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. 
Canceling or rescheduling after that timeframe will result in a fee of 50% of the service(s) you had booked. 
OR
Will result in forfeiture of deposit. (We will not refund deposits on appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours for extension services that require a lengthy appointment time.)
OR
Future appointments may require pre-payment.  No show terms are non-negotiable and are at my discretion barring very rare circumstances like hospitalizations or true emergencies.
No shows will automatically forfeit any deposit.
No call/no-shows will be charged a no-show fee of 100% of appointment booked that must be paid before a future appointment is booked. Children/Extra guests: Children/ extra guests are not permitted during your appointment. There is no space to accommodate them. Please also understand that is to provide safety and comfort to others in this small area. If you bring a guest and I have to turn you away from your appointment a no call/ no show fee will apply. Service Adjustment Policy: Your satisfaction is highest priority. If you are not completely content, please let me know during your service or within 7 days after your service has been performed. I am committed to making any needed corrections, as long as it falls in the services discussed and agreed upon during the consultation. I will be pleased to accommodate you free of charge for most circumstances. For said complimentary service to be done, this request must be made within 7 days of your initial appointment. There are no refunds.
